2023 Events

Looking ahead to next season, it’s important to note that we have not raised prices since we began this business 4 years ago, and as most of you know, costs in just about everything have gone up. This is the case with our event partners as well. Please know that the new event pricing will include a nice upgrade in our vases and more great take-away gifts!
Each season it is our honor to collaborate with amazing local small business owners to bring you a very special experience here on our flower farm.

“Thank you for a welcoming and wonderful afternoon! It was peaceful, full of tasty treats and beautiful flowers. Exceeded my expectations.”   ~ Jen

“After attending one of Shellie’s events in 2021, we were hooked! Each workshop that we’ve attended has been perfectly curated with ample time for the featured demonstration/theme, as well as time to explore the garden and create a take-home bouquet from Shellie’s cut flowers. We always have a fantastic time, and the atmosphere is so friendly and warm. We love the blooms so much that we have also become bouquet subscribers, which allows us to bring that happiness home with us more often!”  ~ Alexis & Sue
All of our events have limited seating. Reservations are not held without pre-payment. Reserve your space as these events fill up quickly!  Contact us at info@mygardenblooms.net or text me at 336-287-2186 to reserve. We take Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, check and cash.
No refunds, unless there is a cancellation made at least five (5) days before the day of the event. In that case, the guest will receive a credit of the value of that seat, towards another event good for 1 year. Our events determine what excess flowers we can harvest and sell the week of an event. Our event partners depend on a significant lead time to prepare their products/presentations, etc. Thank you for your consideration.
Private Events
Would you like to have a private event? Yes, we offer those too! The Workshop  space is for up to 8, and outdoor space for up to 12 guests. Contact us for more information. The possibilities are endless.

“Thank you SO much – we had such a special afternoon. Your property is lovely – the perfect setting to celebrate milestone birthdays with lifelong friends!”  ~ Becky

“Smashing! That’s how we will transfer natural dyes from flowers grown at the farm to cotton cloth. Gina Stewart, the Chemist in the Kitchen, will explain the process for preparing the cotton fiber to bind with the dyes, and will provide written instructions for your future use. Because the process, called mordanting, is time-consuming, Gina will have prepared two tea towels and one tote bag for each participant prior to the class. During the class, you will select and arrange flowers between two layers of cloth, and then will beat the cloth vigorously with a mallet to release the dyes onto the fabric. It’s quite therapeutic!  Your results will be original works of art!”. Join us for the fun, enjoy  refreshments and making an arrangement from the Flower Bar!
